About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
- Process customer requests including quotes, orders, contracts, and service coordination
- Manage billing, invoicing, and payment processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Enter and manage orders, rentals, and service requests using ERP/SAP systems
- Coordinate technician schedules, equipment deliveries, and product pickups
- Maintain and update customer contracts, renewals, and purchase orders
- Support inventory management and generate purchase orders
- Collaborate with sales, service, and logistics teams to meet customer needs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is a plus)
- Proven experience in administrative, customer service, or operations roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP experience preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and as part of a team
