About the role
Responsibilities
- Support complex business processes including sales, billing, invoicing, and contract administration to ensure seamless branch operations.
- Manage non-routine tasks such as purchase orders, repair/rental quotations, and preventative maintenance agreements.
- Coordinate equipment movement into and out of the branch and manage warranty coordination for repairs.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through heavy collaboration with buyers and warehouse teams.
- Resolve complex customer issues involving multiple stakeholders, including operations, sales, and accounts receivable.
- Perform account maintenance, including the creation of new vendors and customers.
- Document complex tasks into process flows to improve operational efficiency and assist in training team members.
Requirements
- High school diploma plus 5 years of applicable work experience, or a Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of applicable experience.
- Strong fluency in ERP systems and CRM applications such as Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and intra-departmental collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy on complex tasks.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to address unique customer needs.
