Branch Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for inbound calls, online inquiries, and walk-in customers.
• Process rental quotes, orders, contract updates, and service requests accurately.
• Manage orders, rentals, parts, and service requests within ERP systems such as ServiceMax or SAP.
• Resolve billing, invoicing, and payment issues with professionalism and urgency.
• Coordinate technician schedules, equipment rentals, deliveries, and pickups.
• Support shop technicians by generating work orders and confirming part availability.
• Ensure pricing, freight terms, and billing align with customer contracts and company workflows.
• Maintain technician safety and training compliance documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in branch operations, customer service, order management, dispatch, or logistics.
• Experience using ERP systems (ServiceMax or SAP preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating across multiple teams and sites.
