Branch Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise risk and teller operations to ensure exceptional customer service and compliance
• Manage the daily operations and scheduling of the teller line
• Coach, motivate, and develop a diverse team of direct reports to meet business objectives
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed
• Ensure timely completion and quality of teller functions in accordance with regulations and policies
• Manage the allocation of people and financial resources for branch operations
• Assist customers with needs assessment and refer them to appropriate dwelling secured product teams

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or issue resolution
• 1+ years of leadership experience
• Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays
• Compliance with Loan Originator (LO) requirements, including meeting CFPB qualification standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services management within a high-volume environment
• Strong knowledge of banking laws, retail compliance controls, and risk management
• Ability to educate customers on mobile banking and digital technology
• Proven ability to build and motivate diverse work teams
• Experience with cash handling and loss prevention
