Branch Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise risk and teller functions to ensure exceptional customer service and regulatory compliance
• Manage the daily operations and scheduling of the teller line
• Coach, motivate, and develop a diverse team of direct reports to meet business objectives
• Resolve operational issues and customer concerns under the direction of regional management
• Manage the allocation of people and financial resources for branch operations
• Ensure timely completion and quality of all teller functions while adhering to audit and escalation procedures

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or issue resolution
• 1+ years of leadership experience
• Experience with cash handling
• Knowledge of banking regulations and retail compliance controls

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services management within a high-volume environment
• Ability to educate customers on mobile banking and digital technology
• Strong critical thinking and independent judgment skills
• Relevant military experience in leadership, human resources, or operations
