About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the efficient operation, profitability, and supervision of specific branch(es) or departments
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for issue escalation and decision-making
  • Supervise day-to-day activities of employees responsible for operational tasks
  • Align branch goals with business unit objectives by monitoring metrics and providing leadership recommendations
  • Provide leadership and accountability for the performance of multiple related teams
  • Develop departmental plans, including business, production, and organizational priorities
  • Identify and solve complex operational and organizational problems
  • Manage resource allocation and departmental priorities to align with annual business plans

Requirements

  • 8+ years of related work experience
  • Extensive Escrow experience is required
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
