Branch Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate staff across inside sales, warehouse, inventory, seal repair, assembly, and procurement
• Develop and monitor operating procedures for order processing, inventory control, and customer service
• Optimize inventory management systems to meet customer requirements while maintaining low inventory levels
• Achieve monthly forecasts, manage backlogs, and ensure on-time delivery
• Manage annual operating budgets and oversee the maintenance of building, equipment, and grounds
• Ensure all safety, health, and environmental (HSE) rules and regulations are met or exceeded

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience, including managing a diverse workforce
• 1-2 years of experience in inventory and material management and distribution practices
• Proven experience with ERP policies and practices
• Technical knowledge of assembly processes and strong mechanical aptitude
• Effective written and verbal business communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a business-related field
• Experience with mechanical seals and rotating equipment
• Experience working in the oil and gas or petrochemical industries
• Experience working within a global company environment
