Branch Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facets of the business including operational functions, sales growth, and financial outcomes
• Drive sales and service results with overall P&L accountability
• Cultivate a collaborative culture and lead by example regarding company values
• Provide strategic overviews to executive management regarding territory, personnel, and growth prospects
• Expand customer base by hiring and developing talented sales staff
• Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through efficient route and service initiatives
• Ensure a robust fleet focused on best practices, safety, and efficiency
• Implement hands-on management to develop employees and maintain appropriate staffing levels

Requirements

• 5+ years of management experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience managing and creating business plans within a for-profit organization
• Proven track record of successful employee management and development
• Proficiency in finance and business-related software systems

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the water conditioning industry
