Branch Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations, including the management of cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM.
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to maintain a welcoming atmosphere and ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients warmly, manage lobby flow, and assist with transactions to build trusted relationships.
• Resolve client issues quickly and effectively while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
• Introduce clients to self-service banking options to simplify their financial experience.
• Support branch compliance, loss control, and audit standards to ensure secure operations.
• Educate the branch team on the latest policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership and operational proficiency.
• Commitment to adhering to regulatory banking requirements and policies.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ months of Associate Banker (Teller) experience.
• College degree or military equivalent.
