Branch Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support customer experience by accurately processing and approving teller transactions and sharing digital solutions
• Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies
• Perform routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer support tasks
• Support the Branch Manager with operational tasks and scheduling
• Resolve issues related to the daily operations of the teller line
• Support customers and employees in resolving or escalating concerns or complaints
• Identify information and services to meet customers' financial needs
• Motivate a diverse team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service and issue resolution support experience
• Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with integrity and professionalism
• Ability to handle cash and manage transactions efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cash handling and identifying potential fraud or risky accounts
• Ability to educate customers on mobile banking and digital technology
• Knowledge of retail compliance controls, risk management, and loss prevention
• Relevant military experience in human resources, recruiting, or operations
