Branch Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support customer experience by accurately processing and approving teller transactions and sharing digital solutions
• Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies
• Perform routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer support tasks
• Support the Branch Manager with operational tasks and scheduling
• Resolve issues related to daily teller line operations under the direction of management
• Assist customers and employees in resolving or escalating concerns or complaints
• Identify information and services to meet customers' financial needs
• Motivate a diverse team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service and issue resolution support experience or equivalent
• Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays

Preferred Qualifications

• Cash handling experience
• Knowledge of retail compliance controls, risk management, and loss prevention
• Ability to identify potential fraud or risky accounts to prevent loss
• Experience educating customers on mobile banking and digital technology
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant military experience in personnel management, human resources, or recruiting
