About the role
Responsibilities
- Support customer experience by accurately processing and approving teller transactions
- Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies
- Perform routine to moderately complex transactional and customer support tasks
- Support the Branch Manager with operational tasks and scheduling
- Resolve issues related to daily teller line operations under management direction
- Assist customers and employees in resolving or escalating concerns or complaints
- Identify information and services to meet customers' financial needs
- Motivate a diverse team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service and issue resolution support experience
- Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
- Experience with cash handling and retail compliance
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to educate customers on digital banking and mobile technology
- Experience identifying potential fraud or risky accounts
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of risk management and loss prevention controls
- Relevant military experience in human resources, recruiting, or operations
