Branch Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support customer experience by accurately processing teller transactions and sharing digital solutions
• Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies
• Perform routine to moderately complex transactional and customer support tasks
• Support the Branch Manager with operational tasks and scheduling
• Resolve issues related to daily teller line operations under management direction
• Assist customers and employees in resolving or escalating concerns or complaints
• Identify information and services to meet customers' financial needs

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service and issue resolution support experience
• Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
• Experience with cash handling and knowledge of retail compliance controls
• Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and employees

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to educate customers on mobile banking and digital technology
• Experience identifying potential fraud or risky accounts to prevent loss
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant military experience in personnel management, human resources, or recruiting
