About the role
Responsibilities
- Support customer experience by accurately processing and approving teller transactions and sharing digital solutions
- Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies
- Perform routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer support tasks
- Support the Branch Manager with operational tasks and scheduling
- Resolve issues related to the daily operations of the teller line
- Support customers and employees in resolving or escalating concerns or complaints
- Identify information and services to meet customers' financial needs
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service and issue resolution support experience or equivalent
- Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
Preferred Qualifications
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to educate and connect customers to mobile banking technology
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of retail compliance controls, risk management, and loss prevention
- Ability to identify potential fraud or risky accounts
