Branch Operations Associate Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise teller functions to ensure exceptional customer service and compliance
• Manage the daily operations and scheduling of the teller line
• Coach, motivate, and develop a diverse team of direct reports to meet business objectives
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed
• Ensure adherence to applicable regulations, policies, and audit procedures
• Manage the allocation of people and financial resources for branch operations

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or issue resolution
• 1+ years of leadership experience
• Ability to work a schedule that includes most Saturdays
• Compliance with CFPB qualification requirements for Loan Originators

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services management or high-volume retail environments
• Strong knowledge of banking laws, risk management, and loss prevention
• Ability to educate customers on mobile banking and digital technology
• Proven ability to build and motivate diverse work teams
• Relevant military experience in leadership or personnel management
