Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and achieve performance goals for the branch team
• Provide microcredit services to micro-entrepreneurs
• Prepare monthly portfolio closing reports
• Train, develop, and motivate the work team
• Provide proper induction for new Credit Officers and Administrative Assistants
• Provide guidance, direction, and leadership to the branch staff

Requirements

• Completed High School (Bachillerato) or partially completed University degree (Licenciatura Trunca)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial institutions or a similar role
• Experience with field work (cambaceo)
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work with dynamism, proactivity, and attention to detail
