Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a branch team to drive growth in deposits, lending, credit cards, and investments through disciplined execution and coaching.
• Build and retain a high-performing team by establishing clear expectations and managing performance through targeted feedback.
• Identify customer financial needs and deliver tailored consumer and business solutions to deepen client relationships.
• Partner with internal sales partners across Wealth & Investment Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending to maximize branch performance.
• Manage operational risk and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations to protect customers and the company.
• Promote digital banking solutions to enhance the customer experience and make banking easier for clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.
• Ability to travel in assigned geography up to 50% of the time during the first 6 months.

• Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop sales professionals in a high-performance culture.
• Experience managing and coaching across affluent, high net worth, and business customer segments.
• Strong analytical skills to identify business opportunities and execute action plans.
• Knowledge of banking compliance controls, operational risk management, and loss prevention.
