Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the sales leader of the branch, driving growth in deposits, lending, credit cards, and investments.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to improve banker productivity and deliver service excellence.
• Identify customer financial needs and recommend tailored consumer and business solutions.
• Partner with internal sales partners across Wealth & Investment Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending.
• Manage operational risk and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations to protect customers and the company.
• Promote digital banking solutions to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.
• Ability to travel in assigned geography up to 50% of the time during the first 6 months.

• Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop sales professionals.
• Experience managing affluent, high net worth, and business customer segments.
• Strong analytical skills to identify business opportunities and execute action plans.
• Knowledge of banking compliance controls and operational risk management.
