About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead a branch team to drive growth in deposits, lending, credit cards, and investments through disciplined execution and coaching.
  • Acquire, deepen, and retain customer relationships by identifying financial needs and recommending tailored solutions.
  • Manage team performance through regular observation, feedback, and accountability to meet sales and service excellence.
  • Partner with internal specialists in Wealth & Investment Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending to maximize customer value.
  • Balance business growth objectives with strong operational risk management to protect customers and the company.
  • Promote digital banking solutions to enhance the customer experience and simplify banking processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience.
  • Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.
  • Ability to travel in assigned geography up to 50% of the time during the first 6 months.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
  • Experience managing and coaching across affluent, high net worth, and business customer segments.
  • Strong knowledge of banking laws, regulations, compliance controls, and operational risk management.
  • Demonstrated success in driving a customer-focused sales culture and executing strategic action plans.
