About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a branch team to drive growth in deposits, lending, credit cards, and investments through disciplined execution and coaching.
- Manage performance by establishing clear expectations and providing targeted feedback to improve banker productivity.
- Identify customer financial needs and recommend tailored consumer and business solutions to deepen relationships.
- Partner with internal sales partners across Wealth & Investment Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending.
- Balance business growth objectives with strong operational risk management to protect customers and the company.
- Promote digital banking solutions to enhance the customer experience and make banking easier.
Requirements
- 5+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience.
- 2+ years of leadership experience.
- Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.
- Ability to travel in assigned geography up to 50% of the time during the first 6 months.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
- Experience managing and coaching across affluent, high net worth, and business customer segments.
- Strong knowledge of banking laws, regulations, and operational risk management.
- Demonstrated success in driving a customer-focused sales culture and achieving measurable growth.
