About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the sales leader for the branch, driving growth in deposits, lending, credit cards, and investments.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team through targeted performance management and regular feedback.
  • Identify customer financial needs and recommend tailored consumer and business solutions to deepen relationships.
  • Partner with internal specialists in Wealth & Investment Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending to maximize customer value.
  • Manage operational risk and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations to protect customers and the company.
  • Promote digital banking solutions to enhance the customer experience and simplify banking processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or a branch network environment.
  • 2+ years of leadership or management experience.
  • Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.
  • SAFE registration is required at the time of employment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of hiring, coaching, and developing sales professionals.
  • Experience managing customer segments including affluent, high net worth, and business clients.
  • Strong ability to analyze performance metrics and execute strategic action plans.
  • Demonstrated success in driving a customer-focused sales culture and managing operational risk.
