Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing branch team to drive sales growth and operational excellence
• Acquire, deepen, and retain customer relationships across checking, deposits, lending, and investments
• Coach and manage team performance through regular observation, feedback, and accountability
• Partner with internal specialists in Wealth Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending to maximize customer value
• Manage operational risk and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations to protect customers and the company
• Promote digital banking solutions to enhance the customer experience

Requirements

• 5+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays
• Ability to travel within the assigned geography up to 50% of the time during the initial 6 months
• SAFE registration required at the time of employment

• Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop sales professionals
• Experience managing affluent, high net worth, and business customer segments
• Strong analytical skills to identify business opportunities and execute action plans
• Demonstrated success in leading a customer-focused sales culture
