Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a branch team to drive growth in banking, lending, and investments through coaching and performance management
• Acquire, deepen, and retain customer relationships to drive consistent growth in deposits, credit cards, and primary checking
• Provide inclusive leadership to build and retain a high-performing team by establishing clear expectations
• Partner with internal sales partners across Wealth & Investment Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending to maximize relationship depth
• Balance growth objectives with strong operational risk management to protect customers, employees, and the company
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience through the education and demonstration of digital banking options

Requirements

• 5+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays
• Ability to travel in assigned geography up to 50% of the time during the first 6 months
• SAFE registration is required at the time of employment

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop sales professionals
• Demonstrated success managing and coaching across affluent, high net worth, and business customer segments
• Knowledge of banking laws and regulations, including compliance controls and operational risk management
• Ability to analyze performance data to execute action plans that achieve business objectives
