Responsibilities

  • Lead a branch team to drive growth in deposits, lending, credit cards, and investments
  • Coach and develop staff to improve productivity and deliver sales and service excellence
  • Identify customer financial needs and recommend tailored consumer and business solutions
  • Manage operational risk to protect customers, employees, and the company
  • Partner with internal sales partners across Wealth & Investment Management and Business Banking
  • Promote digital banking solutions to enhance the customer experience

Requirements

  • 5+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays
  • Ability to travel in assigned geography up to 50% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop high-performing sales professionals
  • Experience managing affluent, high net worth, and business customer segments
  • Strong knowledge of banking laws, regulations, and compliance controls
  • Ability to analyze performance data and execute strategic action plans
