Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a branch team to drive growth in deposits, lending, credit cards, and investments through disciplined execution and coaching
• Manage and develop a high-performing team by establishing clear expectations and providing targeted performance feedback
• Identify customer financial needs and recommend tailored consumer and business solutions to deepen relationships
• Partner with internal sales partners across Wealth & Investment Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending to maximize branch performance
• Balance growth objectives with strong operational risk management to protect customers, employees, and the company
• Promote digital banking solutions to enhance the customer experience and make banking easier

Requirements

• 5+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays
• Ability to travel in assigned geography up to 50% of the time during the first 6 months

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop sales professionals in a high-performance culture
• Experience managing and coaching across affluent, high net worth, and business customer segments
• Strong analytical skills to identify business opportunities and execute action plans
• Knowledge of banking laws, regulations, and operational risk management
