Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Coach, develop, and build a high-performing team to execute business strategies and drive growth
• Manage customer engagement by coaching bankers to understand needs and build proactive relationships
• Resolve complex issues regarding customer experience, employee engagement, and business risk
• Identify opportunities to increase digital banking adoption and customer convenience
• Lead the branch by collaborating with internal partners and stakeholders to deliver a customer-centric experience
• Mentor talent and assist in the hiring and development of direct reports
• Ensure compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act and all related banking regulations

Requirements

• 5+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Ability to work a schedule that includes most Saturdays
• Capability to meet SAFE registration requirements at the time of employment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports
• Ability to analyze performance and execute plans that empower employees
• Knowledge of banking industry laws, compliance controls, and risk management
• Experience coaching across various customer segments, including affluent and small business clients
• Strong critical thinking skills to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
