About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a branch team to drive growth in deposits, lending, credit cards, and investments
- Coach and develop staff to improve productivity and deliver sales and service excellence
- Identify customer financial needs and recommend tailored consumer and business solutions
- Manage operational risk to protect customers, employees, and the company
- Partner with internal sales partners in Wealth & Investment Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending
- Promote digital banking solutions to enhance the customer experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays
- SAFE registration required at the time of employment
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop high-performing sales professionals
- Experience managing affluent, high net worth, and business customer segments
- Strong knowledge of banking laws, regulations, and compliance controls
- Ability to analyze performance data and execute strategic action plans
