About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a branch team to drive growth in deposits, lending, credit cards, and investments
- Provide inclusive leadership to build and retain a high-performing team through targeted coaching
- Identify customer financial needs and deliver tailored consumer and business solutions
- Partner with internal sales partners in Wealth & Investment Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending
- Manage operational risk and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations
- Educate customers on digital banking options to enhance their experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays
- Ability to travel in assigned geography up to 50% of the time during the first 6 months
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop sales professionals
- Experience managing affluent, high net worth, and business customer segments
- Strong analytical skills to identify performance opportunities and execute action plans
- Ability to lead teams in connecting customers to digital banking technology
