About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a branch team to drive growth in deposits, lending, credit cards, and investments
- Coach and develop team members to improve productivity and execute sales behaviors
- Identify customer financial needs and recommend tailored consumer and business solutions
- Manage operational risk and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations
- Partner with internal specialists in Wealth Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending to deepen customer relationships
- Promote digital banking solutions to enhance the customer experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays
- Ability to travel within the assigned geography up to 50% of the time during the first 6 months
- SAFE registration required at the time of employment
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop high-performing sales professionals
- Experience managing customer segments including affluent, high net worth, and business clients
- Strong analytical skills to identify business opportunities and execute action plans
- Demonstrated success in leading a customer-focused sales culture
