Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the sales leader for the branch, driving growth in deposits, lending, credit cards, and investments
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to improve banker productivity and execute sales behaviors
• Foster an engaged, accountable culture focused on uncovering customer financial needs and recommending tailored solutions
• Partner with internal sales partners across Wealth & Investment Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending to maximize relationship depth
• Manage operational risk and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations to protect customers and the company
• Leverage digital banking tools to educate customers and enhance their banking experience

Requirements

• 5+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays
• Ability to travel in assigned geography up to 50% of the time during the first 6 months

• Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop sales professionals
• Experience managing and coaching across affluent, high net worth, and business customer segments
• Demonstrated success in driving a customer-focused sales culture through disciplined execution
• Strong analytical skills to identify performance opportunities and execute action plans
