Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal sales partners in Wealth & Investment Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending
  • Manage operational risk and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations
  • Promote digital banking solutions to enhance the customer experience

Requirements

  • 5+ years of banking or financial services experience
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays
  • SAFE registration required at the time of employment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop high-performing sales professionals
  • Experience managing affluent, high net worth, and business customer segments
  • Strong analytical skills to identify business opportunities and execute action plans
  • Ability to lead teams in educating customers on digital banking technology
