About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a branch team to drive growth in banking, lending, and investments through disciplined execution and performance management
- Coach and develop team members to improve productivity and deliver exceptional customer service
- Identify customer financial needs and recommend tailored solutions to deepen client relationships
- Partner with internal sales partners across Wealth & Investment Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending
- Manage operational risk and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations to protect customers and the company
- Promote digital banking solutions to enhance the customer experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of banking or financial services experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays
- SAFE registration required at the time of employment
