Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a branch team to drive growth in deposits, lending, credit cards, and investments through disciplined execution and coaching.
• Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team by establishing clear expectations and providing targeted performance feedback.
• Partner with internal sales partners in Wealth & Investment Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending to maximize customer relationship depth.
• Identify customer financial needs and recommend tailored consumer and business solutions.
• Manage operational risk and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations to protect customers and the company.
• Promote digital banking solutions to enhance the customer experience and simplify banking processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or a branch network environment.
• 2+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.
• SAFE registration is required at the time of employment.
• Ability to travel in the assigned geography up to 50% of the time during the first 6 months.

• Proven track record of hiring and developing sales professionals.
• Experience managing customer segments including affluent, high net worth, and business clients.
• Strong analytical skills to identify business opportunities and execute action plans.
• Deep knowledge of banking compliance, operational risk management, and loss prevention.
