Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the sales leader for the branch, driving growth in deposits, lending, credit cards, and investments.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to improve banker productivity and deliver service excellence.
• Identify customer financial needs and recommend tailored consumer and business solutions to deepen relationships.
• Partner with internal sales partners across Wealth & Investment Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending.
• Manage operational risk and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations to protect customers and the company.
• Promote digital banking solutions to enhance the customer experience and make banking easier.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or Branch Network operations.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned geography during the initial training and onboarding period.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record of hiring, coaching, and developing sales professionals.
• Experience managing customer segments including affluent, high net worth, and business clients.
• Strong ability to analyze performance metrics and execute action plans to achieve business objectives.
• Deep knowledge of banking compliance, operational risk management, and loss prevention.
