About the role
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the branch profit and loss (P&L) and achieve financial objectives.
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring all activities are customer-centric and value-adding.
- Manage branch performance KPIs, including productivity, efficiency, and utilization.
- Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety requirements and maintain a safe working environment.
- Manage Work in Progress (WIP) by ensuring costs are allocated and invoicing is completed daily.
- Lead, develop, and motivate branch colleagues in accordance with company policy and culture.
- Implement and secure retail processes to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements
- Business Management Degree or a related qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of industry management experience, preferably within Commercial Trucks.
- Proven experience working with heavy-duty truck customers.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong managerial skills with a deep understanding of retail operations and workshop processes.
