About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the efficient operation, profitability, and supervision of specific branch(es) or department(s)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated issues and operational challenges
- Supervise day-to-day activities of employees and manage individual contributors or supervisors
- Align branch goals with business unit objectives by monitoring metrics and providing recommendations to leadership
- Assess departmental priorities to address resource needs and operational challenges
- Review team performance regarding service quality, timeliness, and objective achievement
- Identify and solve technical and operational problems to ensure departmental success
Requirements
- 8+ years of related work experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
