Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the Jbeil branch
• Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team
• Achieve branch sales targets and maximize profitability
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Monitor inventory, showroom presentation, and product availability
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular feedback to management
• Implement company policies and procedures effectively
• Develop strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management
• Experience in furniture, mattresses, or home furnishing industry preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities
• Ability to complete a one-month training program in Karantina
