Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, sales, and market penetration to increase revenue and profitability
• Lead and develop team members, including Management Trainees and Rental Sales Agents, through regular performance reviews
• Recruit and coach new team members in collaboration with the Talent team
• Oversee the vehicle fleet and manage operational tasks such as health and safety and defleets
• Ensure a premium customer service culture and handle customer complaints effectively
• Delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflows and optimize branch processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience in sales and customer service, plus 2 years in a supervisory role
• Or 5 years of relevant work experience, including 2 years as a manager in car rental
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work day and evening shifts
