Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure the correct commercial, administrative, and operational execution of the branch
• Guarantee the fulfillment of sales objectives and business growth in the area
• Manage inventory control, including entries, exits, and cyclic counts
• Oversee point of sale operations and cash management (deposits, reports, and register)
• Provide excellent customer service and counter sales support
• Maintain efficient branch operations and daily management

Requirements

• High school diploma or technical degree completed
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service
• Proven experience in branch or point of sale management
• Experience in inventory management and cash control
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work onsite in Cuitlahuac (Azcapotzalco, CDMX)
• Ability to work under pressure and focus on meeting sales goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the construction materials or warehouse sector
• Previous experience in retail or specialized sales
