Responsibilities
- Participate in an immersive 3–6 month training and development journey to build essential leadership skills.
- Complete training at one or more designated locations to prepare for branch management.
- Successfully lead a Scotiabank branch following the completion of the development program.
- Manage branch operations and drive results within the retail network.
- Adapt to various business needs and geographic assignments within the Alberta region.
Requirements
- Ambitious leadership potential and a desire to accelerate your career in retail banking.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required by the training program.
- Ability to relocate within the identified Alberta market (including Edmonton, Fort McMurray, Grande Prairie, Lethbridge, Red Deer, and other regional locations).
