Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Participate in an immersive 3–6 month training and development journey to build essential leadership skills.
• Complete training at one or more designated locations to prepare for branch management.
• Successfully lead a Scotiabank branch following the completion of the development program.
• Manage branch operations and drive results within the retail network.
• Adapt to various business needs and geographic assignments within the Alberta region.

• Willingness and ability to travel as required by the training program.
• Ability to relocate within the identified Alberta market (including Edmonton, Fort McMurray, Grande Prairie, Lethbridge, Red Deer, and other regional locations).
