Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage branch resources within institutional policies to ensure productivity, profitability, and service quality.
• Oversee risk levels and internal controls to meet institutional standards.
• Ensure adequate training and development for all branch personnel to foster self-management.
• Promote effective communication across all levels of the branch.
• Lead and coach staff to achieve established sales and service objectives in both quality and quantity.
• Identify and satisfy customer needs to contribute to overall sales success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in economics, administration, or related fields (degree completed or in progress).
• Proven experience in sales and promotion within the financial sector.
• Experience in personnel management and leadership.
• Strong focus on customer service and strategic thinking.
