About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage branch resources within institutional policies to ensure productivity, profitability, and service quality.
- Oversee risk levels and internal controls to meet institutional standards.
- Ensure adequate training and development for all branch personnel to foster self-management.
- Promote effective communication across all levels of the branch.
- Lead and coach staff to achieve established sales and service objectives in both quality and quantity.
- Identify and satisfy customer needs to contribute to overall sales success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in economics, administration, or related fields (degree completed or in progress).
- Proven experience in sales and promotion within the financial sector.
- Experience in personnel management and leadership.
- Strong focus on customer service and strategic thinking.
