Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive a customer-centric culture within the branch team to deepen client relationships.
• Achieve negotiated sales objectives and business growth targets through effective team management.
• Supervise the sales activities of Financial Advisors and Account Executives to ensure client needs are met.
• Ensure strict compliance with Scotiabank's Global Policies for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC).
• Coordinate human, technological, and material resources to provide high-quality service and operational efficiency.
• Oversee branch accounting operations, internal controls, security measures, and legal compliance.
• Monitor branch performance and supervise teller area operations to maintain service standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative areas (preferably completed).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Banking Branch Management position.
• Strong leadership skills and a high sense of responsibility.
• Proven focus on customer service and excellence.
• Integrity and commitment to inclusive professional practices.
