Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive branch profitability by managing P&L, sales targets, and expense budgets
• Provide leadership, motivation, and training to branch personnel to achieve sales potential
• Implement branch security and safety standards through regular facility and asset inspections
• Maintain and develop positive relationships with existing and prospective customers and vendors
• Oversee inventory control procedures to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained
• Collaborate with key partners in sales and marketing to support growth goals
• Utilize company digital tools to maximize branch performance and customer digital adoption

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales, operations, or electrical distribution
• 2+ years of leadership or management experience
• High School diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver’s License
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., Solar Eclipse)
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year institution
• Experience managing Profit and Loss (P&L) statements
