About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform clinical sample collection, including difficult patient cases, and train staff on these procedures
- Coordinate customer service operations at the branch and resolve any incidents or issues
- Ensure the branch is fully equipped with all necessary tools and medical supplies
- Analyze sales representative results to propose improvements and support medical visits
Requirements
- Degree or technical certification in Clinical Laboratory Science or Nursing (intern or graduate)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sample collection
- Proven experience as a Supervisor of Sample Collection
