Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership, motivation, and direction for the Mississauga branch staff
• Expand the customer base and drive branch profitability
• Lead and foster winning, cross-functional teams while challenging the status quo
• Implement operational improvements and efficiencies within the branch
• Manage financial performance by interpreting P&L statements and developing growth strategies
• Resolve conflicts between team members and customers to ensure high satisfaction
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, rules, and values

Requirements

• 10 years of industry-related experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree with a business major preferred, or equivalent professional training
• Extensive knowledge of the bus, truck, or automotive industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to balance customer and business objectives
• SAP software knowledge is considered a significant plus

Benefits

• Annual salary between $120,000 and $150,000
