Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver regional P&L performance, including revenue growth and profitability
• Lead and develop teams across field operations, sales, and support functions
• Ensure effective execution of maintenance, repair, and modernization activities
• Drive portfolio growth, customer retention, and service quality
• Monitor and improve key operational KPIs such as productivity, cost efficiency, and backlog execution
• Collaborate with central functions including Sales, Field Operations, Finance, and HR
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience in a branch, regional, or business unit leadership role with P&L responsibility
• Experience in the elevator & escalator industry or a comparable technical service environment
• Experience managing maintenance portfolios, repair/modernization activities, and field operations
• Proven track record of managing technicians, supervisors, and multi-site operations
• Strong operational and financial acumen
• Ability to operate effectively within a matrix organization
• Strong leadership and communication skills
