Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of 10 employees, ensuring a positive work environment and clear goal alignment.
• Drive commercial strategy by building a strong professional network, managing client relationships, and conducting prospecting.
• Oversee agency production by managing human and material resources while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
• Manage financial performance, including revenue targets, profit margins, purchasing, and sales tracking.
• Act as the local representative of the company for large-scale electrical works projects.

Requirements

• Bac+2 to Bac+5 degree or an experienced autodidact.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an equivalent role or as a Business Manager/Chargé d’Affaires.
• Proven experience in managing construction works within the BTP sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to federate and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in business management processes and project tracking (planning, purchasing, and sales).
• Local economic knowledge is considered a significant advantage.
