About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the Oldham branch team to deliver exceptional customer service and positive outcomes
- Create and implement the branch business plan to drive commercial success
- Work on the branch floor alongside the team to ensure high performance and training
- Manage customer expectations and maintain in-depth knowledge of all products and services
- Monitor branch activity to identify opportunities that make customers better off
Requirements
- Proven experience in people management
- Experience working within a busy retail environment
- Strong commercial understanding and ability to drive business results
- Knowledge of financial regulations and FCA standards compliance
- Ability to reside within a 45-minute commute of the Oldham branch
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Branch Manager in a retail environment
