About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the New Alresford branch team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage commercial performance and create/implement the branch business plan
- Work on the branch floor alongside the team to ensure high performance and training
- Manage customer expectations and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services
- Monitor branch activity to identify opportunities and improve customer outcomes
Requirements
- Experience in people management and leading teams
- Proven experience working in a busy retail environment
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business opportunities
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance with FCA standards
- Ability to be resilient, versatile, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting
