Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the opening and establishment of a brand new NAPA branch in Rotorua
• Manage the NAPA team, including leading, developing, and coordinating trade specialists
• Oversee all branch operations and ensure financial management and operational standards are met
• Drive business profitability by managing sales targets, budgets, and new initiatives
• Develop and maintain key trade relationships and act as a brand ambassador
• Ensure a safe work environment for the team and customers through proactive safety leadership
• Provide exceptional customer service to create lasting impressions

Requirements

• Proven experience in store operations management and leading teams
• Expertise in customer service and relationship management
• Experience within a dual format sales environment, trade products, or multi-network operations
• Valid driver's licence (manual preferred)
• Physical capacity to handle heavy products as required by the role
• Flexible availability to meet business needs
